Service Delivery
Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation and access to any purchased digital products, scheduling links, or onboarding materials within 1–2 business days. For coaching or consulting services, sessions will be scheduled based on availability and client preference.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule a consulting or coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.
Subscription or recurring clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice as stated in your signed agreement.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital products and time-based consulting services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads, completed consulting sessions, or coaching packages once work has begun or materials have been delivered.

Digital Product Fulfillment
Digital products (such as templates, toolkits, or strategy documents) are delivered via email or download link immediately or within 24 hours of purchase. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
